Got a brand new battery after my 1 year manufaturers service plan ran out!
I am so happy that I purchased this service plan after a friend told me about it. I left my battery in my garage over the winter and the first time I went to use it, it would not turn on. I did not know what to do and thought I needed to buy a new battery but I realised had signed up for this coverage. After speaking to a rep over the phone I was told how I could reset by battery from its “Sleeping state” and after a full charge cycle I was back on the saddle!
i purchased an extended plan for onyx rcr , after having issues with my batteries bms system i contacted the company and they were able to arrange a local repair at no cost to me! so happy to get on the road again within 3 days of contacting them!
From registration to my claim this process, this company was a pleasure to work with! Thank you Dave!!
